OUR PRODUCTS In the AGROLES cooperative the best modern techniques are combined with the best traditional methods to produce the highest quality olive oil. Attention to detail is critical. The Arbequina olives are picked by hand at the moment of optimum maturity and carried to the mill the same day they are harvested. Once they arrive at the mill they are washed to eliminate any impurity. The olives are then ground in the mill at a cold temperature and is so doing the oil is release from the olives and is then stored in large tanks away from the sun to avoid any fluctuation in temperature. To guarantee optimum freshness the oil is only bottled when orders are ready to dispatch to customers. Germanor Grenache vinegar 0.50 litres
